And, by March 2008 I was down 102 lbs. By September of 2008 I had reached a total weight loss of 115 pounds when my husband and I found out we were pregnant again COMPLETELY naturally! Our little guy arrived on May 15, 2009! I am so …

I too, struggled for years. I am a stress eater. Took me years to figure it out. Fast food really makes it hard for people like me to lose weight. I relearned how to eat, and I try to walk, and exercise at home. I lost 42 pounds, regained 12 of it. But, I am happy to be 30 pounds lighter than I was this time last year.
Loved your video…I am at the start of my journey and am so discouraged because it feels like no matter what I try, I fail! I feel like I constantly let myself down because my life is so full of stress that I can never focus on me and pour my energy into getting better! I applaud you on all of your hard work and think that you are a great inspiration for those of us who are lost under weight we don’t want!!!

What a great video! I was diagnosed with PCOS and insulin resistance when I was 16. Today is the 5th week of my life style change. I have went from 366 to 352 in 5 weeks with just reducing my caloric intake and a bit of walking. baby steps! Hope to join a gym soon enough. and.. I hope you are still doing well!
Incredible video! Wow! Glad you are on the right track (for your sake). Personally, you looked like a very beautiful person before you started, but after 100 lbs off, you look both beautiful and beyond happy! Oh, and your choice of music in this video is great! Just know that your hard work and determination can have a very powerful effect on viewers out there that are trying to figure out HOW THE HELL TO GET STARTED and that IT CAN BE DONE! You are living proof! Peace!
There is no secret. You just work hard and stop making excuses. Have to love yourself more than th twinkie. I had been overweight my whole life until I realized that.
What’s your secret? I need to know!!

This is really inspiring to me. I’m 19 years old, two years ago I was diagnosed with PCOS and have been struggling to find the proper way to eat for this syndrome. Growing up I was always overweight, and always tried very hard to lose weight. This past year I’ve been working harder than ever before, but can’t find the right menu! lol I’m not a big food fanatic, but eating specifically for PCOS is what I need to do. :]

this clip motivates me! i have had pcos for ever! i am 15 years old and i lost 20 lbs without even knowing i had it. then i started using it as an excuse to just gain back more weight, but thats dumb! i started again, cuz i have major goals! one being to finally look at myself and think that i am pretty. i never thought i was pretty but i need to learn to like myself, but one of my friends is gonna be there for me no matter what! i love this vid and watch it everytime i feel like i cant make it!
Congrats on your journey. I have PCOS and at 29 my husband and I are on our journey to have a baby. I joined a gym 2 mo ago and have went from 313 to 275. No meds, just eat right and good ol’ fashion excersise. Good luck with everything!!
sounds a lot like my story only, I started my cycle when i was nine. Then I gained almost 70 lbs transitioning from middle school to high school, been 200 and over since then.
I know exactly how you feel. Same predictament. almost…
Congratulations to you, what a wonderful achievement! I understand that the weight issues of with PCOS can been particularly hard to overcome, and sometimes medication makes them worse. So this makes your achievement all the more special. Congratulations also on becoming a mother. That’s a really great reward, wouldn’t you say?
Thank you to being an inspiration to others on the weight loss journey.
