i want to get something for my mom. i thought the treadmeal was the best but my other sister said it would make pains for her on the knees and would be difficult.
is there anything that would help her lose weight on her stomach precisely?

I want to try and lose like 50 pounds by February-March, because I’m getting married in June and I’m ordering my dress off line, which takes about 2 months to get in… and I wanna be a lot smaller than I am now.

What is a fun, upbeat, doesn’t get boring workout video?
or
what are some different videos that are fun and up beat, that i can switch around?

It would be for my girlfriend.

What weight loss supplements would you suggest?

I’ve decided to lose about 50 lbs by the time the summer is over and so far I’m making great progress. I started my diet a little over a month ago and have already lost 14 lbs. I joined the gym. I go at least 4 times a week. Usually every day though unless another plan interrupts my schedule. I am watching what I eat. I have cut my calories significantly and even started keeping a food diary, in which i also keep track of my exercise. I bought a pedometer and count me steps, basically I’ve improved my way tremendously since the year started. My question now is in regards to those infamous “weight loss pills”. I would like to add something to increase my energy, boost my metabolism, and just speed up the process. I am kind of in a hurry because I am planning a vacation and would like to possibly complete this before my initial plan. But how can you trust anything out there, really? Has anyone taken anything that they were satisfied with? Or does anybody have any tips in general?
I tried the Slimquick, I even tried TrimSpa, but stopped taking them soon after. Trimspa still sits in my closet i took like 4 of them. Slimquick i used a whole bottle of, bought another one, went through half and then stopped because i wasn’t sure if they would interact with medications that i started taking at the time. I can say i was pretty satisfied with the results slimquick gave me. Still I would like to see what other options I have. The cost is also a concern, simply because I’m not rich and can’t afford to spend $100/month on weight loss pills. A friend of mine [body builder] swears by Hydroxycut. But not many other people I talked to recommended it, so any suggestions?

We’re getting ready to attend a wedding in April and we’re trying to slim down a bit, especially around the waist/abs. We’ve got two little boys, so going to the gym is out right now. Is there anything you can recommend that isn’t too time consuming and produces results?

I recently joined a gym. You get one free session with a personal trainer and in my session he did show me how to use 3 or 4 of the pieces of equipment. He wanted me to sign up to have a personal trainer on a monthly basis but it is too expensive for me. So is there a book or website that could tell me all about equipment found in most gyms and help me plan my own workout?

also appreciate if it has something to do with the fitness equipment market. better in .PDF format.
thanks very much!

Very soon i plan on working out every morning and i want to lose a lot of weight….so what weight loss supplement would be best for me?
