I just recently got my hands on a copy of the P90M workout videos. How do i use this? The p90X one came with a detailed schedule on what to perform each day, however, this is too difficult for me. Could someone tell me how to use the P90M videos? I am looking to get into shape before attempting p90x
Iam looking to get in shape this year, I am a full time student and work also so i dont have a gym near by so if anyone can suggest a fun, workout video that will produce result or have other exercise ideas that work for you
