Ok, so i’m adding flaxseed oil to my supplements..however well I was at the store I grabbed a bottle of Organic Flax Oil softgels..I was kinda in a hurry…and only looked at the price and the word Flax…Just wanted to know if there is a difference..so any information would greatly appreciated.
I get enough exercise but my doctor says I need to most by “good” cholesterol level. She suggests fish oil. Other articles suggest flax seed oil. maybe I should take both.
I have been taking my regular vitamin, flax seed oil, fish oil together now for about a week. The only thing new in my diet and vitamins is the fish oil. I have been having some abrupt bowel movements and terrible gas. Does anyone know if this will pass or should i give up and stop taking the fish oil??
