I want to lose weight and tone my abs, thighs, and behind, so I’m looking for some good workout videos. I kinda want to do yoga or pilates but I don’t know if they work, so any suggestions you have would be great. And if you could include what kind of results you had with the video, that would be great. Thanks so much!

What are good supplements to increase energy without increasing blood pressure? My doctor told me that Ginko Biloba is a good supplement. Are there any others that work well without increasing blood pressure, especially for seasonal affective disorder?

I get enough exercise but my doctor says I need to most by “good” cholesterol level. She suggests fish oil. Other articles suggest flax seed oil. maybe I should take both.

I’ve always been curious as to which foods exactly contain good cholesterol. The type of cholesterol (HDL) that will actually lower the cholesterol that is bad for you.
