If you eat a lot of crappy food (say on the weekend) and then a few days later get your cholesterol levels checked, will it be affected.
That happened to me. My cholesterol was high (217) and i do not know if it like that all the time or if it was just because of what i ate the few days before, since normally i eat pretty healthy.
