Folks, after viewing this vid for the first time 2 months ago, I got motivated and started to get in shape.
I now lift around 4 days a week, different muscles.
Diet right 6 small meals a day, with protein with every meal.
Take Whey protein, creatine, Mega Man sport vit, fish oil.
I started at 226 and fat, now I’m 190 and backing on the muscle.

Hell yea yo take creatine ive been on creatine and weight gainer 2200 for about 7 weeks now and it has had to be one of the best decisions i have made in my life i swear ive gained 18lbs of pretty much all muscle and i started noticing a change within the first week… no lie trust me u wont regret it at all
When I had my creatine pills ( I ran out not too long ago ) I crushed it up, and took it right before my workout and drank 2 scoop’s of whey as soon as I got back home. I found it works nicely, and I’m ready to get back in the gym the next day.

You’re correct, but the info in this video is intentionally meant to be very simple and foundational.
this isnt completely accurate. there are many different forms of whey, and they are all different. the needs to break it down more. Whey Protein Isolate is the best and most bio-available, which means you absorb more of it. if its not an Isolate, it can contain a lot of lactose and other thigns that may inhibit you from absorbing the protein.
animal pak is overpriced.
its a waste of money.
What about the MUSCLE TECH=NITRO TECH PROTEIN that claims is better than whey protein is it true is there anything better than whey protein is buying NITRO TECH just a waste of money or just stick with whey protein
