If you try flax or fish oil, I highly recommend Barlean&#039;s brand as one of the best. Also, for depression, pay more attention to getting high levels of EPA than DHA in your oil. The former is more for emotional issues, while the latter is more for physical stuff. At least, that is what I read somewhere.
