A common impression about yoga is that it is a series of body movements performed to achieve inner peace. It may involve a lot of stretching; enough to exercise the muscles but it is all, basically, for attaining something more on the spiritual side than the physical. One should not expect, however, that just by doing the P90X yoga alone he will get the fit and muscular body he desires. It is, after all, just an integral part of the entire P90X workout program. To achieve the best results, it is best done in complement to the other routines.
