Lose Weight Yesterday
There are ways to lose weight rather quickly without hurting your body. The key is to not stay on a quick weight loss diet for long period of time. Actually a few weeks is sufficient.
There are others, all of which have been marketed aggressively across the country. People are ready to jump on any new diet that seems better than the last one that they tried. There are millions of books, radio and TV advertisements pushing diet after diet.
You’ll probably feel very tired, irritable, and have constipation. You can start with the quick start for a few weeks. After that you need to follow another diet to lose more weight and keep it off.
This is considered changing the way you eat. This should be followed for the rest of your life. It will make you healthy in body and mind.
If you set weekly goals and discover that they are unrealistic you can always change them later. No diet is going to work if you have to eat foods that you really don’t care for. The best thing to do is to do a bit of research.
Find out how many calories and how much fat content are in the foods that you do enjoy. This will allow you to sort of custom create your own diet. Just be health conscious of what you decide on.
There is no way for someone to eat that much fatty food and justify that it is healthy to do so. Another problem with this type of weight loss is that carbs all fall into one group. Stay away from grains, fruits, beans, potatoes, rice, pastas, and some vegetables.
You don’t have to go to the gym or run two miles everyday. Just do something that is vigorous that you enjoy. Do your exercising as early in the day as possible.
Fruits and Vegetables especially, are rich in fiber as well as antioxidants such as Vitamin C, carotenoids, flavonoids, etc which are proven to prevent heart disease and cancer. Low carb diets suggest these foods should be monitored. That doesn’t sound right.
Not only do these types of diets prohibit carbohydrates but also restricting calories as well. People who are on these diets only eat an average of 1000 – 1400 calories per day. A person should consume an average intake of 1800 – 2200 calories.
Watch what you eat! Select the best food choices. Be diligent and exercise and you will notice a difference.
Many individuals eat quickly without giving their stomach the chance to fill full and that is what leads to over eating.
