Cheerios??comercial said so..
I always say eat more fruits, vegetables and grains. I have also seen that Cheerios the cereal also lowers cholesterol too.
Good healthy grains and white meat like chicken or turkey.

As the TV commercial says, there are two causes for elevated cholesterol, diet and genetics. You can’t change your genes, so what’s left is diet or medication.
Consume more cereal, fruits and vegetables, consume less red meat. Eat chicken without the skin. Watch salad dressing.
